General setup and installation

Rent your Starlink equipment with ease and flexibility! Pay the day before your rental or anytime before availability and only get charged upon return. Rent confidently knowing you'll have the equipment you need when you need it.

    Multiple Units Available
    We maintain multiple units in our fleet, so there's no overbooking and backup units are always available to ensure your trip or event goes smoothly.

    Starlink Mini – Quick Setup

    1. Place the Starlink Mini
      Set the Starlink Mini in an open area with a clear view of the sky. For the best performance, point it toward the north.
    2. Connect Power
      Plug the power cable into the Starlink Mini and your power source. A blue LED indicates the Starlink Mini is powered on.
    3. Connect to Wi-Fi
      Connect your device to the Wi-Fi network "Starlink".  The Wi-Fi password is printed on the label attached to the Starlink Mini.
    4. Wait for Connection
      Allow 5–10 minutes for the Starlink Mini to connect to the satellites. (Optional) You can check the status by visiting http://192.168.100.1. When it shows "Online", the connection is ready.

      Start browsing the internet.

    About Security Deposit

    A refundable security deposit is required when you pick up the rental equipment. The deposit is used solely to protect against loss, theft, or major damage.

    We accept cash, e-Transfer, credit card, or online payment for the security deposit.

    • For rentals of less than 7 days, if you provide a credit card, the deposit will not be charged. Instead, a temporary authorization hold will be placed on your card for the deposit amount and released after the equipment is returned in good condition.
    • For rentals of 7 days or longer, the security deposit will be charged at pickup and refunded after the equipment is returned in good condition and inspected.

    The security deposit is not a limit of liability. If the rented equipment is lost, stolen, not returned, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the renter is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement, less any portion of the security deposit that has been applied.
